Linde designed its H25CT-H32CT Internal Combustion (IC) cushion-tired forklifts to handle the force and torsion that comes with lifting and transporting materials and objects. With smooth performance and continuous power transfer, these Linde lift trucks are ideally suited for any forklift operation. Linde engineers also know the reality and understand the harsh and adverse conditions forklifts must operate in and how such conditions affect the operators. That’s why they designed these forklifts to minimize the effects on the operator of any and all adverse operational realities.

Operator Comfort & Safety

This line of Linde IC cushion-tired lift trucks are designed with the most advanced ergonomic standards. The spacious cab interior provides luxury automobile-equivalent legroom and is accessible from both sides thanks to the adjustable armrest. The fully adjustable, high comfort suspension and cushioned seat neutralizes fatiguing vibrations caused by the floor surface and engine.  Plus, the operator compartment is designed for standard noise abatement.

The ergonomic layout of all the hydraulic functions on these forklifts allows for precision fingertip control and working performance. Tiresome body movements are reduced by having all controls located in intuitive places. With a clear view mast, all-round visibility of the load and surroundings is increased for the operator. This superb visibility is increased thanks to a low-mounted propane tank and dashboard. A cushioned steer axle reduces road shock.

Linde’s Load Control ensures operators can maintain accurate, safe load handling. With Linde’s fingertip control, operators find that all hydraulic functions are effortless to control in these lift trucks. Plus, the hydraulic functions and traction are separate from each other.

Performance

Advanced engine and drive technology on these Linde lift trucks combined with Linde’s original Load Control system, enable operators to use these forklifts to their maximum productivity potential. The LPG engines also provide high toque and maintain low fuel consumption and low exhaust emissions.

Linde’s robust hydrostatic drive has been proven in severe duty environments to ensure responsive, smooth and precise driving. It assumes the function of the service brakes so there are no clutch or friction service brakes. The drive also eliminates wear items such as brake linings, clutch packs and mechanical transmissions. This allows Linde to offer a fully enclosed truck underside so there is minimal exposure to damaging dust and debris; hydrostatic deceleration/dynamic braking so there is no mechanical friction brake resulting in less service and downtime; and instant power transfer which lowers the median engine speed for precise load handling. The hydrostatic drive also automatically controls engine speed so that there is less wear on it and keeps fuel consumption low. All of this results in lower servicing costs and increased productive truck uptime. So much so that these lift trucks only need to be serviced every 1,000 operating hours.

Linde’s twin drive pedals with short pedal strokes allow for quick changes in direction on these lift trucks. Operators will find that their legs don’t fatigue when driving these machines, which results in increased productivity.

Linde’s IC cushion tired lift trucks include massive components designed to operate in adverse conditions and handle intense utilization with minimum care. All electronic components on these forklifts that are located outside the engine compartment are in a secure enclosure. The frame is constructed of ½ inch steel with 5/8 inch cross bracing, making it one of the most substantial designs in the industry.
