The Morbark Beever M20R is a high capacity, high production volume reduction chipper. Its powerful TorqMax Plus dual feed wheel compression system has 2:1 torque amplification and generates over 10,000 lb/ft of material pulling force. The M20R chipper has 50 percent greater chipping capacity and comes with more standard features than comparable competitive 4-knife chippers. A reversing automatic feed system with an Auto-Sense controller reduces the wear and increases the knife life. The M20R’s Variable Force hydraulic down pressure system creates 450 lbs of perpetual down pressure and over 2,300 lbs of hydraulic down pressure. A 37 1/2 “ diameter x 28” wide 6-knife staggered pocket cutting system with removable knife holders makes two full cuts per revolution while a 36” diameter chambered air impeller system increases chip throwing velocity and aids in the discharging of light, leafy material. The M20R’s bearing style pivot assembly contours the radius of the drum, increasing down pressure efficiency and reducing feed wheel dead space. Infeed Bed, Track and Loader configurations of the M20R are also available.
